The program covers high level study scholarships for postgraduates, in the context of master or doctorate studies.  Scholarships cover 75% of the total cost of education/training.

Usually referred to as Fundayacucho, it is a government-funded foundation providing loans to students for university education. Candidates are selected on the basis of their academic record and an examination administered by the foundation. More information available on www.fgma.gov.ve.
