Programs
Our approach is based on our philosophy of value-based global leadership and on our belief of enrichment through diversity and integration. For this reason, in all courses we use actual case studies on international and European companies; we make participants familiar with different perspectives on business issues, and we emphasize creativity and innovation as well as real-world applications.
The program uses an interactive, discussion-based pedagogy that leverages the diverse backgrounds and experiences of both faculty and participants.
The ENPC / Fox Executive MBA curriculum is designed to span two calendar years; it comprises 20 in-residence modules and two overseas study trips (one to the USA and one to China). Each in-residence module represents 25 hours of class time and is taught over one full weekend from Friday morning (09:00) to Sunday evening (17:00).
The curriculum is organized along six study tracks, covering core management disciplines and a wide range of contemporary business themes (see table below).
Integrative Professional Project
Each participant is required to carry out an integrative professional project that is relevant to his/her current career context or future professional needs. Executive MBA participants work on their own professional project during the second year of the program, under the supervision of a faculty advisor.
International Study Trips
In addition to the in-residence modules delivered in Paris, participants are required to take part in two study trips overseas. One study trip takes place during the first year of the program and goes to the USA; the other study trip is organized during the second year of the program and goes to China. Each study trip has a specific theme. Recent themes have included “Innovation, Technology, Management and Entrepreneurship” (in the USA) and "Doing Business in China".
Study trips typically include a mix of field-based visits, to local / technology / multinational / global corporations, to R&D centers, to start-up companies, to academic institutions, meetings with venture capital firms / financial enterprises, meetings and networking with Alumni, corporate presentations, academic lectures.
