Full-time program overview

10 months from September to July

  • Semester 1 (mid-September to mid-December):
    • Core courses
    • The stress is on business fundamentals (accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, etc.) in order to ensure that all participants acquire the necessary mastery of business and management concepts, models and best practices expected of MBA graduates.
  • Semester 2 (January to end-June)
    • Advanced courses which build on the fundamentals acquired in Semester 1 and lead to a integrative capstone event - a multi-day business simulation.
    • Electives: participants choose from a wide range of electives (half-week courses) allowing them to acquire advanced knowledge in their area of expertise or more knowledge in a discipline they feel less comfortable with. They can also take part in either or both study trips to Asia and North America.
    • Professional Projects: all participants must complete a final professional project which is either an in-company consulting project, the creation of a business plan or a specialized research project.
  • Graduation (the first week in July)

Part-time program overview

The part-time program is built in the same manner as the full-time program but allows participants to better balance their personal and professional lives when the full-time option is not possible or difficult to maintain. The School is flexible as some participants join the full-time program and then find themselves needing to change their status due to external constraints.

  • 2-year part-time program - 20 months (2 x 10 months, i.e. excluding July and August)
  • 3-year part-time program - 30 months (3 x 10 months, i.e. excluding July and August)
