
The ENPC / Fox Executive MBA program is designed to provide each participant with:

A career boost: Designed for mid-career professionals who are entering senior management positions, the program gives participants a broad understanding of the current management theory and practice that is necessary to excel in those positions.

Individual and professional development: The Executive MBA program ensures participants assimilate a set of concepts and tools - including hard and soft skills - to analyze and enhance their own performance as business managers and to foster their leadership skills;

International management and mobility: Executive MBA participants gain an increased understanding of inter- and multi-cultural issues, and learn to leverage appropriate references and frameworks to increases the ability to work in global, cross-cultural business settings and teams. A Strategic Partnership
Based on a growing strategic partnership between the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia (USA) and the ENPC School of International Management in Paris, the ENPC / Fox Executive MBA was developed to offer graduates the possibility of obtaining an international Executive MBA with a degree from two renowned institutions and two renowned accreditation bodies - AMBA and AACSB.
The ENPC / FOX Executive MBA considers students to be active participants in the definition and creation of their academic experience. Each participant brings his or her personal and professional experiences to the table and together, guided by the School´s talented teaching team, they create a unique cumulative learning experience. The program is by nature generalist and takes a broad holistic approach to learning, aiming to provide a comprehensive set of skills appropriate for people who will go on to enjoy senior, international, management careers.
Program Calendar

The Executive MBA program starts each year in January (usually the third Friday of the month).

The program runs over 24 months with a summer break in August.

In-residence program modules are taught in our special one weekend a month format starting on Friday at 09:00 to Sunday at 17:00.

All classes are taught in English by internationally renowned professors

The Executive MBA includes two international study trips, one to the USA and one to China.

Each study trip is approximately one week long and includes preparatory lectures, pre-visit readings, company visits and high-level guest speakers.

One study trip is scheduled in year one, the second in year two. Both study trips are typically planned for the Spring semester.
