Research Interests:
My current research interests are focused around decision making in distributed teams, looking at the impact on adaptiveness, strategic decision making, leadership and performance, and identifying which processes help distributed teams act more effectively. Earlier research focused on marketing planning and the process of marketing management, and the management of quality and customer satisfaction.
