This course aims to provide participants with the fundamentals of corporate and investment banking within the changing international capital markets. Real examples of companies, term sheets and deals under review relating to corporate financial analysis (in terms of banking and distribution risks) are discussed, as well as M&A transactions. The final part presents a credit review through the example of a recent case study analyzing the STEF-TFE Group's US Private Placement of USD 100 million, the first transaction ever done by a French issuer in this market.
This course is essentially delivered by senior executives from international investment banks and financial investors in Paris, London, Chicago and New York including, Pricoa Capital (Prudential US), La Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild, Lehman Brother, Goldman Sachs and many more.
