Biscaccianti, Alessandro Ph.D.

Trilingual Italian, French and English, Alessandro Biscaccianti has a technical and managerial background. Degrees include an MSc in engineering-architecture at Università di Bologna, an MBA in International Business at the ENPC School of International Management, a Doctorate in Business Administration at the International School of Management (Paris-New York).

He served as project manager for ABB in the construction of power plants in the Middle East and as Quality Director for CMC, the second-leading Italian construction company.

Since 1996 he has served as tenured or visiting faculty in several international Business Schools (ESSEC, ENPC, Reims Management School, ESC Dijon, International School of Management, EM Grenobleand carries out consulting missions for a wide-range of companies across sectors and industries (Arcelor, Areva, Auchan, Carrefour, Freudenberg, Geodis, Hartmann, Merck, La Poste, l'Oreal, Sogefi Allevard Filtrauto, Société Générale, Solvey, Urgo) in the fields of entrepreneurship, change management, project management, team management, negotiation and conflict resolution, strategic management, creativity, personal development and interpersonal communication.

He has a specific competences in adult education, trainer training and conflict mediation.

He is the founder of several companies in the construction industry (an architecture agency, an aluminium sun-shelters erection companytwo real-estate contruction firms). At the moment he is working on the development of two new start-ups.
