Philosophy & Mission

The ENPC School of International Management is not just another business school. It is a singular learning experience, designed for professionals seeking an intellectual challenge within a stimulating international environment.

Our School is driven by two major philosophical principles:

  • Value-driven leadership

The philosophy of the ENPC School of International Management stems from the belief that, in today’s world, business leadership and management success cannot be achieved without a strong commitment to ethical values and a comprehensive understanding of cultural diversity. Therefore, the school emphasizes the importance of knowing about one’s self, other cultures, as well as different values and belief systems (e.g. business ethics, corporate citizenship and social responsibility). By providing a multi-disciplinary and well-rounded learning experience, the program aims to help participants become more competent and confident individuals, ready to realize their personal and professional dreams.
The ENPC School of International Management develops entrepreneurial leaders with a strong sense of values. Those leaders are given the opportunity to grow within a learning environment, where trust and respect reign and dishonesty and prejudice are confronted.

  • Personalized programs

The ENPC School of International Management recognizes that each participant joining the program brings with him/her a unique combination of educational background, work experience and career objectives.  Therefore, it is important to allow participants to customize their course work to fit their own needs.  The freedom to design a program best suited to one’s personal needs and aspirations is one of the unique features of the ENPC School of International Management.

“Skills need to fit with values, and leaders need to provide a role model for these values.”

Françoise Gri, CEO of IBM France
(Leadership Series, ENPC MBA, March 30th, 2004)
